Melbourne Cup day - the race that stops the nation. It’s all a bit inane but somehow most of Australia stops to watch the race at 3pm with a glass of champagne in hand. I won the office sweeps and got $11.Check out Jess’s Day at FushMush 

A Weekend Of Cheese Making

Labna draining. We spent a weekend at the Dreamcatcher Lodge, Picton learning how to make cheese. It was a very relaxing and educational weekend. We made mozarella, cheddar, ricotta and labna. Yum!
