Weekday Dinner
Soba noodles in a peanutty gingery sauce garnished with a boiled egg, blanched carrots, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, radish and sauted bok choy. Sprinkle with furikake and sesame seeds to serve.

1 tsp tahini
Splashes soy
Splashes mirin
Grated ginger
1 tsp sugar
