Project 52: Week 27
This is my first cheese delivery from my first cheese club membership. Aren’t they just glorious words? Cheese. Club. Member. The membership is with Bruny Island Cheese. They send out a special offer to club members periodically and it contains a selection of cheeses that they make and a special extra. This time, I got rosemary quince jelly and also ordered some Tasmanian cider and pork rillettes. All delicious! Blessed be the cheese makers!
