Tonight’s entree for dinner with the Tin Family. We always cook mussels the same way so this was a nice change. Its been frustrating but also kinda nice having only one working hand. J’s been an absolute gold star trooper doing all the cooking and cleaning to my exacting standards. There has to be a silver lining to wearing the claw!
