Go Chukas!
Our Ultimate Frisbee team played to victory tonight, winning our division! Yey us! I did not get to play due to injuries sustained before Christmas whilst playing said non contact team sport. I did not realise that my injuries were so severe until after many weeks, when I still could not make a fist properly, I finally went to get an x-ray. An oblique fracture of the 4th metacarpal and strained ligaments in my third finger. Doh.I was somewhat disappointed that I did not get to play in the big grand final after playing almost all the lead up games. I didn’t get into sport or team sport in general till way past my due date in my late twenties. So it is of surprise to me that I am really quite enjoying it! I dig that whole team thang.
