Lamb and other red meats

Main: Lamb Wellington

So this was my attempt at making lamb wellington whilst completely disregarding all good advice and recipes. Still it had puff pastry and lamb, so it was more than edible. I served it with cauliflower puree and roasted cherry tomatoes. We enjoyed it with a bottle of Kangarilla Road zinfandel.
