Entree: Spring Pasta
Dinner with friends on the first day of spring. To start, fresh chilli pasta. Sautee some pancetta in olive oil, add some pomodoro. Put some fresh strips of prosciutto under the ggrill. Chop some fresh basil leaves, slice some roasted caspicum. Once the pasta is al dente, reserve some pasta water because I forgot this part. Mix pasta with all ingredients and a swig of olive oil. Twirl pasta on top of asparagus and add cubed goats cheese and crisp prosciutto. Voila!
