A Meeting Of Cheese
One day there was a box of leftover manly potato mash and a tupperware of demure bocconcini sitting innocently side by side in the fridge. Along came a big giant wearing red pyjamas. She umed and ahed. The mash and the bocconcini were pulled out and quickly became accquainted. Poor bocconcini didn’t know where to look as she found herself enveloped in potatoes cuddly embrace. Both were dipped in cold egg and rolled in spiky breadcrumbs. What now, they thought. Into the hot oven they went, bocconcini melted into potato. And next to a lamb chop they found themselves. Not alone anymore, but together in cheesy potatoey goodness.
