Winter Blues
Its been a cold wet winter. Bundled up in coats and boots, you only have to walk past the shop windows to get a taste of summer. Summer dresses, sleeveless tops and shorts are filling up the racks, never mind its 11c outside! Not that its been stopping some girls that I see walking down George St who are apparently immune to the weather.
So its been a while between posts, we’ve been busy. Hanging out with our nephew, unpacking boxes, rotissiering chooks on our new BBQ, car rally in the Southern Highlands, checking our new neighbourhood restaurants and getting overly excited about hanging clothes on a hills hoist OUTSIDE.
It does not explain why its 12.45am and I have a soup on the boil and a casserole in the oven. But at least I’m back.
